If you want to avoid the main road toward Liptovský Mikuláš or simplify the route further, you can return from Liptovský Trnovec to Havránok along the same path.
Another interesting route goes from Liptovský Trnovec to Liptovská Sielnica. After passing through Hliník, turn left toward the village of Bobrovník. From a distance, you can see the flooded church tower in Liptovská Mara. During the summer months, you can swim and refresh yourself in this area.
